Free And Paid Plans
ZenToDo offers a Free plan alongside paid Pro and Zen subscriptions. Only paid plans are billed. Free-plan users can continue using the product without entering payment details.

How to Cancel Your Subscription
What Happens When You Cancel
- Your paid plan stays active until the end of the current billing period
- After that, your account falls back to the Free plan unless you delete it
- Your tasks, projects, and saved data remain in your account
- Premium features and higher AI usage limits stop at the end of the billing period
- Billing history and invoices remain available for support and record-keeping
Important: Subscription cancellation does not delete your account. If you want your data removed entirely, use the account deletion flow in Settings after exporting anything you want to keep.

Refunds
ZenToDo offers paid subscriptions. Refund requests are reviewed for duplicate charges, billing mistakes, and service-impacting issues on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Eligibility
- Within 30 days of purchase
- Technical issues preventing service use
- Service not matching advertised features
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
Non-Refundable Items
- Partial month subscriptions
- Services used beyond refund window
- After account cancellation
- Payment processor chargebacks

Account Deletion
Delete Your Account Permanently
If you no longer want to keep a ZenToDo account, you can delete it from Settings. Account deletion permanently removes your tasks, projects, notes, and associated profile data.
Before You Delete
- Export any tasks or notes you want to keep
- Cancel any active subscription first if you do not want future renewals
- Understand that account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cancellation and Refunds policy as our service evolves. Users will be notified of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
