- Browser extension and quick capture tools
- Real-time data synchronization

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. ZenToDo cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

ZenToDo is an account-based service. Some features may continue to work temporarily while your device is offline, but sync, billing, and account recovery depend on an active ZenToDo account.
You agree not to misuse the Service. Specifically, you must not:

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all tasks, notes, and data you enter into ZenToDo. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, and display your content solely as required to provide the Service to you.
Data Export: We believe in data sovereignty. You may export your data in standard formats (JSON/CSV) at any time via the Settings panel.
ZenToDo utilizes advanced AI models (via Groq, Moonshot AI, and Google) to provide smart features. By using these features, you acknowledge that specific task data may be sent to these third-party providers for processing. This data is not used to train public models. AI-generated suggestions are for informational purposes only; ZenToDo does not guarantee their accuracy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZENTODO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for data loss due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You will be given a reasonable opportunity to export your data unless the termination is due to a severe violation.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
